Thought Bubbles

Part of my daily practice, a walk in the morning and then again at the end of the day. I wander through the open landscapes while listening on headphones to soft voices whispering in my ear a variety of life-affirming meditations, self-help books, podcasts on creativity. Soothing my soul from anxiety, keeping at bay a low level of depression that seems to be permeating our society. Letting my thoughts float up into the atmosphere transforming into weightless energy that rises above.
